Two years after Alexander Wangs debut as artistic director for Balenciaga, he is premiering again.
This spring Wang is debuting with B. Balenciaga, the fresh new fragrance is an exciting aromatic bright scent. The look and feel of B. Balenciaga is totally different compared with the previous flowery Balenciaga odeurs: Florabotanica and Rosabotanica. You know them, they are packed in I think the most modern perfume flacon ever.
“I smell lawn”
When I first tried B, signed by Domitille Bertier, I was instantly blown away by a strong green plant explosion. And a bit lawn. You’ll love or hate B. I love it, also because one of the top notes is lily-of-the-valley, the violet leaves and green accords of edamame peas. B smells clean and chic. Ideal for a hot summer.
