Trend: Bleached Brows

Romantic, sexy and baroque. That's where Giambattista Valli stands. In terms of make-up the Italian is more adventurous.

“Young and youthful and a bit alien”. With this briefing MAC Cosmetics makeup artist Val Garland went to work, whith as starting point: the eyebrow.

In Paris MIRROR MIRROR saw backstage many bleached eyebrows and brows extended with an eye pencil. "Top model Stella Tenant did it so often," Garland explains.

Regarding the skin, Garland stuck to the nomake-up principle. "In couture, the focus should really be on the dress. The skin looks 'fresh' and has a 'gorgeous glow', the lips are mat, and the eyelashes curly. As said: it is all about the eyebrows! "

What the Swedish model Ella think about her daring bleached brows? “Great fun,  and it is something different, though I look a bit like a larva. But after the show, they will be dyed in the original color. "
